FEES

Fees are negotiable in the range of 1% to 1.5% of sale price achieved depending on the marketing service required. No sale No fee.

There is no up-front marketing charge payable by sellers with fees applying only as a result of a successful sale being achieved by Chartwell. Your solicitor will then settle our account in the normal manner at the point of completion of the sale transaction.

N.B. All fees quoted are plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
